Inquiry
Submit an enquiry through our contact form with a brief description of your project.
Brief
We'll follow up via email requesting your floor plans, reference imagery, material specifications, and any existing photography of the space.
Proposal
Once we've reviewed your brief, we'll send a detailed proposal outlining deliverables, revision rounds, timeline, and investment.
Contract & Deposit
Upon acceptance, a contract is issued for signing and a 50% deposit is required to secure your place in the schedule.
Concept
We produce a 3D model with agreed upon materials for your review and feedback.
Render Preview
Before the final render is produced, we share a preview within the rendering software for your approval of lighting, mood, and materials. This step applies to traditional renders only.
Revisions
Refinements are made within the agreed revision rounds outlined in your proposal.
Final Delivery
High resolution files are delivered upon receipt of the remaining balance.
